For almost thirty years, Won by One has been effectively used by individuals in churches across America and on mission fields around the world as a tool to teach the Word of God in winning people to the Lord and then discipling them.
Won by One is a series of twenty-four lessons which is divided into two sections: Basic Bible Doctrines and Instructions for the Believer. These lessons serve a two-fold purpose:
- A tool to teach the Word of God to the unsaved to win them to the Lord.
- A tool to disciple believers.
The Won by One Bible Study Course was first printed in Hong Kong in 1976 while Mel was serving there as a missionary under the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism. In 1977 it was first introduced in the United States. Shortly thereafter, it was printed in the U.S. and distributed from Wisconsin. Since then, some major changes have taken place! A new greatly improved revision of the Won by One Bible Study Course is now available.
